MEKLE
In 2021 I was able to work with Mekle, a digital mediation platform that offers its customers the chance to solve conflicts on neutral ground through contactless legal mediation. Mekle approached Mos in need of repositioning the brand to better represent their product and connect with their target group.
We crafted the brand strategy, visual identity, and design for their new website with the understanding that these customers are in a vulnerable place and Mekle should help them feel optimistic and secure about resolving their conflict. “Det løser seg” is the driving phrase to reposition Mekle’s visual identity. No matter the issue, people feel better when things are solved. The new visual identity aims to embody the sense of relief that comes when a stressful situation is resolved.

The identity uses soft pastel colors with strong black elements to help balance the ideas of optimism and trust, while the illustrations create a feeling of empathy and openness. Additionally, a solid wordmark, classic references in typography, and use of strong black for logos and texts help build a sense of competence and safety. The resulting identity embodies balance in the face of conflict.
